friday 15th october from 6pm

feelcreative are welcoming their first exhibition since their impressive refurb this summer. on friday 15th october sarah lee will be showing her fascinating work, kicking off with an exclusive open evening from 6pm.

sarah’s stunning artwork is both artistic and technical; every painting is planned out, using maths and chemistry and has been developed through years of practice. sarah says “everything is planned out so that the paints interlink and join in such beautiful ways. i manipulate the paint to form features such as abstract figures, eyes, animals and faces, but very subtly. different people will see things that others can’t see.”

the complexity of sarah’s work means that the human eye can only see so much of the detail involved, so she then carefully selects areas of the paintings to form their own pieces. the artwork is photographed using the latest photographic technology and macro lens, to capture the intricate details of the painting the eye would never normally see. the results have a fascinating detail, full of intricate details and beautiful colours.

sarah has always been a very curious person, developing and learning her skill throughout her whole life, gaining experience and qualifications and working closely with mentors. she studied art & design, 3d design and graduated with a degree in product design in 2009. she then went on to be privately tutored in art, design and fabrication. during her last year in university sarah prepared herself for her future as an artist and set up her business, creativlee.
