Revive Pilates are launching new Pilates classes in Didsbury this New Year so you can look and feel fabulous in 2010.
Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates in Germany in the early 20th Century and focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

Tuesday morning ( Didsbury Cricket Club, East Didsbury ) 09.45 - 10.30 - Body Conditioning Class 10.30 - 11.30 - Pilates Beginner Course
Wednesday evening ( St. Christophers Church, West Didsbury ) 19.30 - 20.15 - Body Conditioning Class 20.15 - 21.00 - Pilates Class
