Joshua Paul Personal Training are now offering half hour sessions, and for a limited period you can book them for only £15 each. Even more savings can be had if you book 5 thirty minute sessions at once for only £50.
"The Half hour sessions are an effective way to get results, I'm experienced at keeping workout's compact, making them short but intense.
The half hour does not include the warm up or cool down periods. Clients will do the warm up before I arrive and the cool down after I leave, and I will give instruction on how to do these in a free 15 minute period during the first session."
