Mr & Mrs

Mr & MrsIn less than 12 months of life Preston duo Mr. & Mrs. have already recorded an album in Nashville Tennessee with top producer Chris Donohue, who has worked with the likes of Elvis Costello, Emmylou Harris and Ben Folds. They've stunned audiences at festivals, including Fell Foot Wood, Kendal Calling and Solfest. They've recorded a video and are set to have their track, 'Cut All Strings', used on an HBO documentary.

"Cut All Strings" has already been featured on Myspace Mars Planets Radio as 'Track of the Week'; it has been played on Steve Lamacq's '6Extra' show and has been 'Listener's Choice' on Steve Lamacq's Radio 2 show.

The track is taken from the album 'Odds and Ends', a veritable curiosity shop of obscure folk, indie rock and bizarre ballads, where Kate Bush serves behind the counter and The Incredible String Band stock the shelves.
